## 4. Subscription Plans & Payments
- Various subscription tiers available (Free, Starter, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise, Business)
- Credits allocated monthly based on plan
- Payments processed via Stripe
- No refunds for unused credits
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
## 5. Acceptable Use
- Services for lawful purposes only
- No generation of harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content
- No abuse of AI systems or platform resources
- Compliance with all applicable laws
## 6. Intellectual Property
- Generated content belongs to the user
- Platform and underlying technology remain property of AVEGANDO LIMITED
- Users grant us license to process content for service provision
## 7. Limitation of Liability
AVEGANDO LIMITED provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption.
## 8. Termination
We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
## 9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes subject to Irish jurisdiction.
## 10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of material changes.
