# Refund Policy

## 1. General Policy
As AVEGANDO LIMITED is not VAT registered and provides digital services, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds for:
- Unused subscription credits
- Partial subscription periods
- Change of mind
- Technical issues on user's end
## 2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Proven platform malfunction preventing service use
- Duplicate payments due to technical errors
- Unauthorized charges (subject to investigation)
## 3. Credit System
- Credits are allocated monthly with subscriptions
- Unused credits expire at end of billing period
- Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
- No cash value for unused credits
## 4. Subscription Cancellation
- Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
- Service continues until end of paid period
- No prorated refunds for early cancellation
- Immediate loss of premium features upon cancellation
## 5. Dispute Resolution

## 6. Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and service termination.
